2. Consultation Fees

2.1 Rescheduling

• Consultations may be rescheduled if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling requests must be communicated through official contact channels.

2.2 Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for refund.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

2.3 Technical Issues (Online Consultations)

If a consultation is disrupted due to verified technical issues on our end, we will:

• Reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Refunds will not be issued for connectivity issues from the client’s side.


3. Program & Protocol Fees

Aananda Sundari provides personalized wellness protocols developed specifically for each individual after consultation.

3.1 Personalized Nature of Services

Once:

• A consultation has been conducted
• A customized protocol has been designed
• Treatment recommendations have been shared

Fees are generally non-refundable, as the service has been delivered in a personalized format.


3.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Technical overcharges

All refund approvals are subject to management review.


4. Herbal Products (If Applicable in Future)

If physical products are introduced:

• Opened or used products will not be eligible for return
• Damaged product claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Photo/video proof may be required

Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless product defect is verified.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of:
